Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Wennio Global SMS Communication Platform and API services. By accessing or using our infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Account Registration & Security

To access the Wennio API and messaging platform, you must register for a developer or enterprise account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this data updated. You are entirely responsible for safeguarding your unique API keys and account credentials. Any API requests made using your credentials will be deemed authorized by you.

2. Acceptable Use Policy & Messaging Rules

Wennio enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against malicious or unlawful traffic. You explicitly agree that you will not use our communication network to send:

Unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or phishing campaigns.
Fraudulent OTP verifications or social engineering attempts.
Content that violates international telecommunication laws, local country regulations, or carrier-specific restrictions.
Hate speech, threatening, or explicit material.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate API access without a refund if malicious traffic patterns are detected through your endpoints.

3. Global Routing & Deliverability Disclaimer

While Wennio interfaces with top-tier Tier-1 telecommunication carriers to provide dynamic routing and optimal deliverability, you acknowledge that actual SMS delivery depends heavily on final downstream mobile network operators, hardware configurations, and regional regulatory compliance rules. Wennio does not guarantee a 100% successful delivery rate for destinations heavily restricted by local government regulations.

4. API Access, Rate Limits, & Intellectual Property

Wennio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable revocable license to access our developer API infrastructure solely to power your platform workflows. You agree to strictly abide by documented system rate limits. Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to compromise the security architecture of the Wennio messaging engine is strictly prohibited and protected by international copyright laws.

5. Payment, Credits, & Billing Policies

All transactional, bulk SMS, and OTP services are billed according to your designated tier pricing structure. Prepaid balances and messaging credits purchased on your account do not expire unless your account remains completely inactive for a consecutive period exceeding twelve (12) months. All transactions are final; refunds for unused messaging balances are issued solely at the discretion of Wennio management.

6. Limitation of Liability & Service SLA

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wennio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime, delayed transactional messages, expired OTP codes, or temporary delivery network disruptions. Our total liability under any SLA claim is capped strictly at the total amount paid to Wennio during the immediate calendar month preceding the event.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your primary business jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of this agreement shall be settled exclusively through binding arbitration.
